In this mini series we have the rare opportunity to get an insider's view of someone starting to see the unfolding of their realisations of the principles of Quality of Mind.
Helen Amery, herself already a successful coach in more conventional approaches, has kindly agreed to share her experiences as she embarks on a 1-1 Quality of Mind coaching programme with Piers.
This is a 3 part mini-series. Part 1 before the coaching started, Part 2, after 4 weeks one during, and now Part 3 after the programme.
In this 3rd part, we are couple of months after we finished the coaching programme, and we discuss:
What has developed further since our interview in part 2, how is this understanding impacting Helen's work and life
How Helen's initial relief that her life is more 'buoyant' (part 2) has reduced, because now there is less 'down' to come back from
How her understanding and grounding in this has become embodied, obvious and in her 'DNA'
How Helen has now dropped her twice daily mediation habit
How surprisingly effortless it has been to make the transition to working with clients from this understanding
How we might benefit, but our thinking stops us, from leaving our illusory comfort zone to explore something new and take a 'risk'
